My own opinion:
I really like this, and chose this because basically i think it captures what it what created for.. I know that kinda sounds obvious, but it was made for ‘world war 2 public information pack’, & most people would say ‘well how does it relate? In my opinion I think it really relates by, for instance, the mouth of this man representing the brains of who ever is reading it, & the tooth brush to be the information of which who ever is reading it, & having their brains fed with this knowledge if that makes sense? & the cobwebs to be relating to the fact of the information is already there to see.. Just the toothbrush (information) is just ‘cleaning up’ the knowledge of what people already have.
